Relevant Business Skills Required: Typical candidates must have 2 - 5 years management experience in sales/marketing process and methodology, perfect knowledge about nature and contacts of market(s), and knowledge about jewelry processing steps by steps.

Position Description: Candidates must directly report to President. As part of our management team, successful candidates will be deployed in challenging positions throughout our various operating management units. The breadth of responsibilities could include a wide range of market analysis, business planning, sales forecasting, new product development and pricing proposals, prospects contact, maintaining monthly sales promotion activities for wholesales & retail, and many other complex sales and markets evaluation projects. Our team operate in a highly computerized, challenging environment driven by rapid business changes and new technologies e.g. E-Commerce. Candidates require strong analytical, creative and communication skills, a 'can-do' attitude, experience with PC software packages and a desire to grow personally and to add value to the business.
